Do I need my own domain?+
To get branded email like you@yourcompany.com, yes — you point a few DNS records at Olbongo and we handle the rest. You can also just connect an existing Gmail account and read it inside Olbongo without a domain.
Is it really my mail server?+
Olbongo runs the mail infrastructure (dedicated, internet-facing servers) so you never touch a server. Your domain, mailboxes and aliases are yours — you manage them from Domain Management inside the app.
Will my email land in the inbox, not spam?+
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain and send from dedicated servers with proper reverse-DNS, which are the signals inbox providers look for. You publish the recommended DNS records once and you're aligned.
Can my team share an inbox?+
Yes. A mailbox like support@ or sales@ can be shared, with internal notes on threads and per-member access so the whole team can collaborate on one address.
Can I still use Gmail?+
